Description
A cat-diplomat with a monocle, cabinet gravity in a furry incarnation, the irony of hierarchy. A black cat with a monocle on a chain wears a navy-and-gold uniform with rich gold epaulettes and a red Cross of Valour; he gazes solemnly from beneath his brow; the background a deep black.
