Description
Two hooded witnesses wait for a ship that will never dock — the mist takes everything but the stones. Two bronze figures in ample folded cloaks and hats sit with their backs to the viewer on rounded gleaming boulders emerging from greenish water. Behind, in milky fog, looms a two-masted sailing ship with sails spread. Sky and horizon merge into a pearly glow.
