Description
Each sleeps on her own island, hugging the same red plush toy — solitude repeated three times. Across a flat mirror-like sheet of water lie scattered rounded olive stones; on three of them rest curled golden-brown female figures, each holding a small red teddy bear. Above the horizon spreads a broad blue-grey bank of cloud; below, the surface reflects the light.
