Description

An end-of-the-world in a small format: an apartment block collapsing in fire, two silver dolls holding hands, untouched by the catastrophe. In the upper half of the canvas a red two-part modernist block slides down in piled clouds of orange smoke, separated by a band of dense black soot. On the dark-grey empty floor below stand two slender silver-metallic nude women holding hands; one fair-haired, the other with softly waving blonde hair, both gazing calmly forward.
