Description
An homage to Madame Tolibowska in a boat among water lilies, green as the pond's bridal dress, the white of still-unopened lily buds. In a plain wooden boat on a thickly lily-covered pond sits a slender greenish-skinned woman in a long olive dress; one hand on her knee, the other at her hair; at the bottom of the boat scattered white nymphaea buds.
