Description
Saturn after a visit to Degas, rings of dancing ballerinas in place of cosmic dust, a ballet scene revealed at planetary scale. Against a black star-strewn sky hangs a cream-and-orange planet; around it, on a thin silvery ring, a chain of small ballerinas in white tutus dance in varied poses; in the four corners of the canvas blue patches of galaxy glow.
