Description
An homage to Vermeer, red hair as a map, a bird as witness to a studio's everyday. In a room with marbled walls and a wall map stands a woman in a red puff-sleeved dress beside a window of coloured glass; next to her a table with a copper pitcher, washbowl, a fragment of carpet and a string of pearls; perched on the map's frame a small russet bird.
