Description
An underwater rhapsody in the key of sea depths, opus one — flute and jellyfish, the beginning of a dream cycle on the music of silence. Against a greenish underwater ground sits a fair-haired woman in a long black silk gown of dense folds; she plays a transverse flute; before her drifts a large soft jellyfish with an orange bell and white tentacles; from the bell golden note-bubbles rise upward.
