Description
A young woman watching for a falling star, while a faithful dog keeps vigil at her feet — the solitude of childhood and the silent company that is enough for her. In a pink armchair, by a window open onto a starry turquoise sky with a single shooting star, sits a pensive young woman whose skin and dress are shades of cool blue; she rests her head on her hand and looks down. At her feet lies a large golden retriever, stretching a paw toward one of the coloured balls scattered on the floor. A blue curtain falls to the left, a dark green wall to the right.
