Description
Loïe Fuller as a woman-flame, body hidden in a silken blaze, a dance in which carmine becomes the element. Against deep black a vast undulating crimson cloth swirls around a dark-haired woman; only a pale shoulder, the face and a fragment of breast are visible; the rest of the figure submerged in a hot red element of fabric.
